    Hi Ladies,
    My take away from this theme, “to feel is to heal”…I’ve sat in my feelings, been more aware of my feelings, and watched myself move from this present state into some amazing new dreamy areas. The work is a work in progress for me as I am sure it is for all of us. However, being present without judgement as to where these feelings exhist in my body, what they feel like, how long they resonate within me, and how they move through me really depends on the extent of my stories around them. Awareness is transformative!
    I love the meditations and have learned to lean in when inspired to do so, what I’m met with on the other side is juicy and delicious!! Yet how easy it is at times to get knocked off my centered place of intention. I’m clear that the more I listen to them, the more benefit I will receive from them!

    I recognise the sheer panic and fear that envelops my heart and throat. When I seem to visit the same moment in time as I did with all of you, as a young girl. Feeling the fear, panic and desperation in needing to stay safe is difficult although when I feel the love and support of my guides, Mother Earth and God almost covering me with a Cloke of love and strength I know i will get through this and I will be okay. I love the visual of the roots reaching the core with shooting light thru my roots into my core. This is how I see this magical gift.
    PS. Thank you and your pendulum for connecting Julie and I, we really connected beautifully.

    My takeaway with the help of my amazing buddy Danielle is that I am holding onto resentment. I live my life fully on a daily basis and I am very present and supported …I truly have a strong support system that I am thankful for daily, but I am harboring resentment that is present in my heart. I do not allow it to control my actions but it’s present and needs to be released on a higher level.

    The class meditation is where that came out for me.

      Thanks for sharing! Remember you can also work to feel what is on the other side of this story. What would it be like to feel life without that resentment.

      I suggest to ground, and tune into that.

      Lesley, that is a great comment…Allowing to experience the feelings without needing to fix them. It’s acknowledging that they are there but perhaps that’s exactly what it is. Thank you for that. For me that takes away the overwhelmingness of the feeling.

    I find it difficult to really feel. I think I dismiss feelings a lot that flipping it the other way has been a paradigm shift that I’m definitely not used to. This is going to be one that I have to keep chipping away at.

      Yes. Ask yourself Amanda. What am I feeling right now? The words will come. Practice it NOW. TODAY. Shifting can be quicker than you think

      ITs not a CHIPPING away. Think of it as an awareness practice

      And then WRITE. Write it down…or share with someone you trust.
